Sales Specialist — Industrial Predictive Maintenance
Location: Remote

Position Summary
We are hiring a Sales Specialist to support our industrial maintenance technology sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling technical or industrial products and is excited to work on-site with customers across the U.S. You’ll work closely with technical and engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and support trial-to-deployment conversion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with industrial clients, identifying maintenance challenges and recommending appropriate solutions in collaboration with technical sales engineers.
- Support product demonstrations, coordinate trial program execution, and assist with proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements to tailor solutions that align with operational goals.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and coordinate post-sale onboarding and training with the technical support team.
- Document all sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and travel as needed to client sites (primarily domestic).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum [5] years of relevant experience in sales of industrial maintenance products, services, or technology solutions (exact number to be filled)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
- Must be willing and able to travel to customer sites as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Technical Support Engineer — Industrial Predictive Maintenance
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our industrial predictive maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting technical systems, communicating with end users, and collaborating across teams. You’ll serve as the first line of support for customers, working closely with engineering, sales, and service teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, assist with troubleshooting product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction during deployment and usage.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to help improve product features, documentation, and internal support processes.
- Assist the sales team by explaining technical aspects of the product, supporting product demos, and aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Work closely with the service team to diagnose and resolve post-sale technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of support cases, customer interactions, and recurring issues in the ticketing or CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, aligned with evolving business and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum [3] years of relevant experience in technical support of industrial maintenance products, services, or technology solutions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
- Preferred to obtain California Electrical License C-10 or an equivalent certification
